Self Guided Group Visit (Private - Monday & Tuesday only)

Description

This option allows you to bring your group for a private visit to Akron Children’s Museum on days we are closed to the public. You and your group will have the entire museum to yourselves! Visitors can explore and play in the exhibits at their own pace.

This option is self-guided and does not include any facilitated hands-on learning activities with ACM staff.

Please note that there is $350 minimum fee to reserve the museum for a private, self-guided visit. This fee includes admission for up to 50 guests. Additional tickets can be purchased at $7 per person (adults and children).

Akron Children’s Museum is a vibrant space where play inspires exploration, creativity, and problem-solving.

Located in downtown Akron next to Lock 3 Park, the museum offers hands-on exhibits focused on Health and Wellness, STEM, Arts and Culture, and Community and Civic Engagement.

A children’s museum is a special kind of museum designed specifically for kids and their families, where play and hands-on activities are central to the experience. Children's museums create environments where kids can touch, build, experiment, and imagine while learning at the same time.

Our Field Trips:
We welcome schools, community organizations, and homeschool groups to join us for a day of hands-on learning and exploration. Group discounts are available, and our friendly staff is here to help make your visit smooth and enjoyable.
