Lunch Notes

The museum does not have a restaurant but is located on the main street of town. There are a multitude of restaurants for any diet. If groups choose to bring food there is a community room that can accommodate up to 120 people and beautiful parks nearby that serve as lovely picnic venues.

There are three family restrooms available to the public during open hours.

Field Trip

Tours by Topic (On-site)

This series of field trips offer an hour-long experience that is part museum tour and part hands-on activity. Each topic covers two disciplines and can be translated to fit within the academic state standards from kindergarten to eighth grade. Each topic focuses on a facet of American history while simultaneously exploring a sister component such as math, science, art, language arts, engineering, and more.
